Add / Edit Booking & Payment

Channel: Select the channel (Public, Agencies or Corporate);

Profile ID: ID of select profile in a specific channel;

Profile Name: Name of the select profile in a specific channel;

Description: Enter a brief description (only for user´s reference);

Maximum rooms per reservation: Set the maximum number of rooms allow in a single booking (transaction);

Discount: Define Discount (optional, not required) to apply to all Rate Plans and all Rate Templates available to this channel.

No optional payments: No other payment options to credit card;

Specify credit limit: Specify a credit limit allowed to the channel;

Must carry out payment xxx days, before check-in date: Pre-payment option with immediate booking confirmation;

Must carry out payment xxx hours, after Reserve date: Pre-payment option with immediate booking confirmation;

Bank Transfer: For reservation to be guaranteed should be made a bank transfer to IBAN: xxxxx within xxxx hours Max – Bank account details to make the transfer up to a maximum of x hours. The booking will be confirmed or discounted in allotment until the user manually confirms it the Back-Office.

 

 

Reservation Policy: Reservation Policy description will be available to the hotel customer and is applicable to all reservations.
