The system will present a form with the following information to fill in: Room type, Quantity, Overbooking limit, Maximum Room Capacity, Minimum Room Capacity, Adults Capacity, Adults Minimum Capacity, Children Capacity, Children Minimum Capacity, Infants Capacity, Generate Simulation, Max Extra Beds, Max extra beds children, Max extra cradle, Allow extra bed and extra cradle simultaneously, Room image and Name, Description and Detail, in the different languages.
Room type: Standard Name (internal use only) choose also in the dropdown which type of Room are you creating: "Room", "Beds" and "Apartments";
Qt. (Quantity): Maximum Number of rooms to be sold in the booking engines (value used by Centralized Allotment Management feature);
The Generate Simulation: allows you to preview all possible combinations of Adults, Children and Infants in the room so that you can check all the combinations for room occupancy.
Description: Short Description to be presented in online booking engines;
Facilities: List of general features of rooms, which should be selected according to the specific features of each room type;
Supplements: Supplements General Listing of rooms, which should be selected according to specific extras available for each room type.
