Main Dashboard

 
Through this framework it is possible to perform some tasks of managing the hotel in a simplified and immediate way and have a quick read of some points of interest in management.

Here you can change you profile picture (Avatar), and by clicking on it you can access your User Settings.

Here you can access the "Dashboard", "Administration", "Marketing", "Reporting", "Channel Manager" and "Help" menus.

Receive "Updates" and "Notifications" (from: Rate Shopper, Guest Reviewer, Channel Manager, etc.).

Here you can select what Hotel you want to edit.

Reset Dashboard Button

This allows you to reset the "User Preferences" in the "Dashboard" windows disposition.

Windows Editing Tools

This tools allows you to place your Dashboard Windows as you like, and show and hide the ones you need.
You can also reset your Dashboard Windows disposition using the "Reset Button".

Here you can select the Back-Office editing Language.

1 - Expand Button (use it to gain more space for editing);

In this graph you can consult the number of Bookings from B2C in the current month or in any other month in the dropdown.

In this graph you can consult the average number of Bookings from B2C in the time span of a year and change to what currency you want.

In this graph you can consult the "Visits" and "Page Views" of your B2C. You can filter by Booking Engine and by the options "Visits" and "Page Views".

This list shows you the number of Booking Engines you have working in your Back-Office and as filters so you can search from "Country" to "City".
This list provides you with direct links to the various Front-Offices of your Booking Engines.

Here you have the total number of Extranets connected to e-GDS® B2C. If you need to activate any one of them, you only have to request it to our support at support@e-gds.com (this print screen is not up to date with our total available connections list).
