Rates Settings

 
This menu gathers information on the different room prices and rooms supplements prices.
At this point can be load room and rooms supplements prices to use them in the moment of loading online rates and availability.
 
Rates Settings

Rate Settings Status Tabs

Here you can change between "Actives Rate Settings" and "Inactive Rate Settings".

Edit Rooms

Edit Rooms related with the selected Rate Setting.

Edit Rooms Supplements related with the selected Rate Setting.

Here you can edit your Rate Setting.

Delete

Here you can delete your Rate Setting.

Disable

6. Disable
Here you can disable your Rate Setting. Choosing this option your Rate Setting will show automatically in the Tab "Inactive".

Add Button

7. Add Button
Clicking on this button you will be able to create a new Rate Setting.
 

Edit Rooms

 
Edit Room Rates: To edit room rates, just click on the icon (2nd Point), and make the changes according to the available fields.
Note: Activating Update Availability option, you can immediately update all online prices and availability that are associated with this Rate Template.
 

Edit Rooms Supplements

 
Edit Room Supplements: To edit Room Supplements prices, just click on the icon (3rd Point).
You will see a form with a list of all room supplements available followed by the field "Price", where you can edit prices.
Note: Activating Update Availability option, you can immediately update all online prices and availability that are associated with this Rate Template.
