It is now possible in the e-GDS Back-Office in the pages "Offer" and "Dashboard", to create Open and Stop Sales to the availability in the B2C (this action is only available on the e-GDS Booking Engine), without cleaning the availability from the full availability calendar, as it was in the past.
1 - First you need to go to the "Full Room Availability Calendar" and click on the offer you want to change after clicking on it you will open a Pop Up with this information:
Update Availability Button
Clicking on this button you can "Open Sales" or "Stop Sales" .
2 - Clicking on the "Update Availability" button you can perform "Stop Sales" for one or more rooms and also change the "Quantity", "Min. Nights", "Max. Nights", "CTA" (Closed to Arrival) and "CTD" (Closed to Departure):
3 - Clicking on the green "Save" button it will apply all the changes made to current offer.
Now the Stop Sales does not delete the already loaded availability on B2C.
It remains and will be updated. Only the indication of Stop Sales (not visible and not being for sale) or not.
