Full Room Availability Calendar

 

In this menu you load rates and availability to allow online bookings controlling all the offer available online in the hotel booking engine.

This is where you gather all the definitions regarding rate settings, rate plans, room types and the different channels and profiles.
Here you can control the two most important functions: "check online availability and prices" and "edit online availability and prices".
Check online availability and prices: The monthly page displays a calendar map and 3 filters to apply (at the top) - the "Channel", "Profile" and "Month".

Availability Filter

This 3 filters (at the top) allows you to choose from the "Channel", "Profile" and "Month", so you can see the availability in the calendar below.
To know all about the online available offer available to each profile use the selection boxes on the top to automatically load the calendar map.

A: Number of rooms available per rate plan;
B: Number of rooms initially loaded per rate plan.

Total number of rooms available (all rate plans and all rooms)/ Total number of rooms initially loaded (all rate plans and all rooms).

Availability Calendar

In the monthly calendar you can see all the information regarding several months ahead.
Just change the month you want to see and the system will load it in the same page.
The calendar map shows you all rate plan types (Normal, Last minute, Packages and Promotions) available to the end users.
At the top of the map we have the available / selected profiles.

Stop Sales

6. Stop Sales
Click this button to perform a complete stop sales (all rooms and all rate plans).
Stop Sales by clicking on this button will only occur on that selected day.
