Bulk Operations

In this menu you can perform massive operations, using different periods.

The options of this menu are the same as the Day by Day Operations options, with the exception of the option Periods in which can specify desired period(s).

One can also determine the weekdays (during a period) in which the operations are to be effected.

If you want to apply the operations for all periods mentioned, you should select the Apply Changes to All Periods.

If you want to check what are the extranets that accept certain editing operations simply place the mouse cursor on the icon "

This check box enables you to check them all or the select one by one which Extranets you want to update.

Here you can select each one them, setting a time span for your Bulk Operations.

This tool allows you to create various time spans to apply to your Bulk Operations (Note: you only can add time spans with at least one-day interval).

Here you can set the rules to apply to your updates.

Rate Template

Here you can select your Rate Template from the dropdown (Your Rate Template must be created previously in the Menu: Hotel Dashboard » Rooms & Rates » Rates Settings » Add / Edit Rates Settings).

If you select "Custom" Rate Template option, you will be allowed to edit the prices manually in the room supplement.

In the e-GDS Rate Plan you can select all of them or one by one.

In the e-GDS Room Type you can select all of them or one by one.
