Day by Day Operations

Here you can edit operations carried out up to 10 days.

For this, select the desired options for each operation.

If you want to check what are the extranets that accept certain editing operations simply place the mouse cursor on the icon "

Information

This is the shortcut to the page where you can do massive updates (larger than 10).

This check box enables you to check them all or the select one by one which you want to update.

Here you can select the time span where you want to launch updates.

Here you can set the rules to apply to your updates.

Here you can select your Rate Template from the dropdown (Your Rate Template must be created previously in the Menu: Hotel Dashboard » Rooms & Rates » Rates Settings » Add / Edit Rates Settings).

If you select "Custom" Rate Template option, you will be allowed to edit the prices manually in the room supplement.

In the e-GDS Rate Plan you can select all of them or one by one.

In the e-GDS Room Type you can select all of them or one by one.

Clicking on this button it will apply all the changes you made in the option above, but it does not send right away the updates.

This list shows you the data provided by the Extranet.

This button sends the information to approve.

In this step you only have to check the information and submit (this step will send the information you provide to the Extranet).
