  • Edit User Settings and Users Roles and search for platform Users and filter by Hotel:

Edit User Settings

1. Edit User Settings
Here you can edit your User Profile and User Details.
If you have the role of an Administrator in the Back-Office you can also change other Users profiles and details.

Delete User

Here you can delete the Back-Office Users (in order to complete this action you will need to be at least an Administrator).

Button "Add User"

Use this button to create a New User.
 
 
  • Add "New Users" and attribute different Roles and create access to individual Hotels.

     
    Just fill out the form with:
  • First Name;
  • Last Name;
  • Email;
  • User name;
  • Password;
  • Role in the Hotel (some of the edits and information showing in the Back-Office will depend on your Role and its permissions);
  • Hotels (select the Hotels that the user will be able to access);
