Set Availability for a time span for a Promotion or Package

Here you can establish the "Start Date" and "End Date" for your Promotion or Package.

Public: this is the public profile (B2C Booking Engine) to release availability and rates;

Agencies: this is the Agencies (B2B Booking Engine) profile to release availability and rates.

In each channel you can manage availability per profile (groups). In B2C Booking Engine there is only one Profile available.

Here you can select all the days of the week or select each one them in particular, setting a time span for your availability and rates.

Here you can establish a rule in days, to set a time span from which an available room will stop being available (this is use to set a time span on availability).

Release: the number of days prior to the stay date that the allotment is still available (anticipation booking date required otherwise the system will not present any availability).

Here you can select your Rate Plan from the dropdown (Your Rate Plan must be created previously in the Menu: Hotel Dashboard » Rooms & Rates » Rates Plan » Add / Edit Rate Plan).

Here you can select your Rate Template from the dropdown (Your Rate Template must be created previously in the Menu: Hotel Dashboard » Rooms & Rates » Rates Settings » Add / Edit Rates Settings).

 

If you select "Custom" Rate Template option, you allow the edition of the per room and per room supplement prices manually. If you select a rate previously loaded in Rate Settings, the prices will be automatically loaded according to the prices loaded in the Rate Setting menu (discounts that were set in the Rate Plan are automatically applied over Rate Template values in this case).

Selecting “No Rate” option is the same as performing stop sales to the rate plan selected (it applies to all days and rooms).

This message informs you of the current currency in use.

According to your Rate Template in this table you will be able to see the available rooms where you can set:

Quantity: Number of rooms available to book;

Min. Nights: Minimum nights´ restriction;

Max Nights: Maximum nights´ restriction;

CTA: Close to Arrival: Closed for Check-in;

CTD: Close to Departure: Closed for Check-out.

Here you see the available Supplements related with your Rooms (Your Room Supplements must be created previously in the Menu: Main Dashboard » Group Settings » Supplements » Room Supplements ).
