Yes, you can. Our Back-Office is fully responsive, however some of the tables with a lot of information are better consulted using a laptop or tablet.
Can I have a full overview of my business in one page?

Yes, you can. Our Back-Office enables you in a single page (Main Dashboard) all the tables and charts you need to gain knowledge of the state of your business in a few minutes.
Can I have different roles with different permissions by role?

Yes, you can. There is three types of roles (Administrator, Hotel Manager and Hotel Employee) that can be set by Hotel Group or by Hotel (some of the edits and information showing in the Back-Office will depend on your Role and its permissions);
Can I set and edit mine on Rate Templates?

Yes, you can. You can have enable and disable Rate Templates according to your needs.
Can I sell products in mine Booking Engine?

Yes, you can. You can create Products Categories an sell Products in your Booking Engine.
Can I have Multi-currency working in my Booking Engine?

Yes, you can. You can configure up to 39 currencies in your Booking Engine.
Can I customize my Booking Engine colors and images?

Yes, you can. You can access to our edit tool "Customize CSS" and change the colors and also change the main images from your Booking Engine.
Can I create Hotel and Rooms Supplements?

Yes, you can. You can create both supplements (Hotel Supplements and Rooms Supplements).
Can I create a customer enquiry to check costumer´s satisfaction?

Yes, you can. You can create customer enquiry and also consult the Guest Reviewer tool that gives you feedback from other online reviews platforms.
Can I check my competitor´s rates?

Yes, you can. You can have access to our tool the Rate Shopper and check what your competition is doing.
Can I configure Multi-Extranets to submit Rates and Availability and do Stop Sales?

Yes, you can. You can have multiple Extranets and do Quick and Real-time Update of rates & availability, Centralized allotment management, Bookings Retrieve, Option for Bulk or Day by Day operations, Automatic management of Sell Rate and Net Rate, Stop sales in seconds and Monitoring and reporting.
Can I see and monitor all the changes made in my Back-Office?

Yes, you can. We have a recording Logs from: Credit Card View History, Users History, Change History and Channel Manager changes.
